As a full time employee of Plush, our staff have the opportunity to participate in the FHL Employee Share Plan. This plan allows employees to purchase FHL shares through salary sacrifice. In 2009 we were awarded the "Best Employee Share Ownership Plan in a company with more than 200 employees" by the Australian Employee Ownership Association.
